Applications
Moorland Sandfaced bricks are suitable for a wide range of external masonry projects including house building, extensions, boundary walls, feature brickwork and commercial developments. Their versatile red multi colouring makes them suitable for blending with existing brickwork as well as contemporary design schemes.
Technical Performance
These clay facing bricks offer excellent durability and performance characteristics, including an F2 freeze/thaw resistance rating and S2 active soluble salts classification. Their compressive strength of 40N/mm² makes them suitable for demanding external applications and exposed environments.
Appearance & Texture
The sandfaced finish provides a lightly textured surface with natural tonal variation throughout the brick face. As with all clay products, colour variation may occur between production batches, adding to the natural character and appearance of the finished brickwork.
Installation Guidance
For best visual results, bricks should be blended from multiple packs during installation to maintain an even colour distribution across the finished wall. All masonry work should be carried out in accordance with current British Standards and good building practice.
