Premixed, rapid-setting sand and cement repair compound supplied in a 6 kg bag. Ideal for deep structural patching where fast drying and strong adhesion are essential.

Typical applications

• Internal and external repairs to walls, floors, steps, kerbs, slabs, and paving.
• Pointing brickwork and stone, patching flags and window sills.
• Jointing earthenware pipes and drains.
• Setting sanitary ware, railings, posts, and leak sealing in concrete surfaces.

Usage guidance

• Thoroughly dampen the surface before application to enhance adhesion.
• Mix approximately 3 parts powder to 1 part clean cold water by volume to form a thick, slump-free paste.
• Apply the mix using a trowel or filling knife, pressing firmly into the repair area.
• Do not mix more than can be used within 5–10 minutes; discard any stiffened mix—adding water will weaken strength.
• In warm or dry conditions, cover the repair area with polythene to assist curing.
• Clean tools with warm water immediately after use.

• Shelf life: Up to 12 months in original unopened packaging when stored at 5–25 °C; exposure to moisture or extreme temperatures will significantly reduce it.

Good to know

This product is not suited for load-bearing repairs or situations requiring chemical resistance. For small shallow repairs under 25 mm, consider using Jetcem Rapid instead.
