    Everbuild® 206 Strike Release Oil – 5 L

High-performance, water-based chemical release agent designed for easy removal of concrete formwork while producing clean, well-formed edges. Free from solvents and mineral oils, this biodegradable emulsion ensures a high-quality, blemish- and blowhole-free finish.

    Key benefits

    • Excellent adhesion on vertical mould surfaces, self-levelling when sprayed.
    • No dilution required—ready to use straight from the container.
    • Non-combustible vapour; safe and simple to apply.
    • Leaves minimal residue on formwork; easy, precise demoulding.
    • Protects formwork from corrosion and early aging.

    Typical applications

    • Smooth, absorbent, textured, and heated formwork (up to 70 °C).
    • Wood, metal, ABS, PVC, polypropylene, polyurethane and other plastic moulds.

    Application guidelines

    • Ensure formwork is clean, dry, and free of rust or concrete residue.
    • Stir thoroughly before use; apply undiluted via spray, brush, or roller.
    • Use in a thin, even film—avoid over-application to prevent dusting.
    • For highly absorbent formwork like unsealed timber, apply a second coat.
    • Allow ~20 minutes at 20 °C for evaporation before casting concrete.
