Everbuild® 403 Concrete Hardener & Dustproofer – 5 L

Concentrated silicate resin-based treatment designed to chemically strengthen and dustproof both new and aged concrete surfaces. Ideal for internal and external use, it enhances durability by reacting with lime in concrete to create a long-lasting, wear-resistant finish.

Typical applications

• Warehouse, factory, garage, workshop and domestic concrete floors.
• Cement-based screeds and paving, both indoors and outdoors.

Application guidelines

• Clean and repair the surface thoroughly before application—remove any debris or damaged areas.
• Stir well, then apply by brush or low-pressure spray at approximately 1 litre per 5 m² per coat.
• Apply a second coat after 24 hours and wash the surface with cold water once the second coat has fully dried.
• For highly porous or very dusty floors, additional coats may be applied after assessing dryness.

• Appearance: Clear, water-like liquid.
• Density: Approx. 1.17–1.24 g/cm³; pH: near 9.
• Shelf life: About 24 months when stored at 5–25 °C; keep away from frost and direct sunlight.

Good to know

This product should not be used on concrete less than 28 days old. Always wash down treated areas to remove any unreacted residue. It is not designed to repair heavily deteriorated concrete—pre-repair with products like Everbuild EpoxySET 105 is recommended.
