Everbuild® 405 Path & Patio Seal – 5 L

Solvent-free acrylic sealant supplied in a 5 L container, designed to protect and enhance outdoor surfaces. It forms a hard-wearing, water-repellent film with low sheen and slip-resistant finish—ideal for patios, paths, natural stone, concrete, and block paving.

Usage guidance

• Ensure surface is clean, dry (or only slightly damp), and free from algae, oil, or other contaminants.
• Stir well before use.
• Apply evenly with a long-pile roller or low-pressure sprayer.
• Apply two coats, allowing no more than 2 hours between coats.
• Drying time is approximately 4 hours at 20 °C (longer in cooler conditions).
• Clean tools immediately with warm, soapy water.
• Areas can be cleaned with water and detergent—avoid power washers and acid cleaners.

Good to know

Not harmful to plants or animals when used as directed. Avoid application in temperatures below 5 °C. For heavily soiled areas, clean thoroughly (e.g., with Patio Wizard or Brick Patio Cleaner) before sealing to ensure optimal adhesion and performance.
