    Everbuild® 507 RendaGrip – 10 L

High-performance, quick-drying render bonding agent with fine aggregate suspended in a waterproof polymer. Designed to deliver extra mechanical key and improved adhesion for external render applications, particularly on smooth or porous substrates.

    Key benefits

    • Provides a reliable mechanical key with fine aggregate evenly distributed for superior adhesion.
    • One coat and render when dry—simple, time-saving application.
    • Red colour indicates full coverage, helping to prevent missed spots.
    • Reduces suction on porous materials and improves adhesion on smooth surfaces.
    • Waterproof formulation, enabling application even on damp substrates.

    Typical applications

    • External render bonding on concrete, brickwork, lightweight blockwork, and other masonry surfaces.
    • Surface preparation for render on challenging substrates such as smooth or low-suction materials.

    Usage guidance

    • Stir well before use to ensure uniform distribution of aggregates.
    • Use only one coat—apply evenly with a short-pile roller or brush.
    • Ensure ambient temperature and substrate are above 5 °C before application.
    • Remove splashes immediately with warm soapy water.
    • Allow a minimum drying time of around 6 hours (longer in colder conditions) before rendering.

    Product details

    • Pack size: 10 L pail.
    • Appearance: Red liquid with fine aggregate suspended in a waterproof polymer.
    • Viscosity: 15 000–50 000 cP at 23 °C.
    • Minimum film-forming temperature: approximately 5 °C.
    • Bond strength (EN 13892-8): 3.2 N/mm².
    • High-temperature stability: stable when stored at 50 °C for 4 weeks.
    • pH: 8.0–9.5.
    • Shelf life: up to 24 months in original, unopened containers; store between 5–25 °C away from frost.

    Good to know

Not suitable for areas with constant damp exposure. Keep the total render system thickness below 25 mm. If substrate quality is uncertain, perform a small test area before full application.
