Everbuild® Black Jack® Flashing Tape – 300 mm × 10 m roll

High-quality self-adhesive flashing tape with a lead-look aluminium foil face and a flexible bitumen-rubber adhesive backing. Provides an instant, durable waterproof seal without the need for separate adhesives—ideal as a modern alternative to traditional lead flashing.

Usage guidance

• Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free of grease, dust, or loose material.
• Prime porous materials (e.g., brick, concrete) with Black Jack® Bitumen & Flashing Primer before use.
• Cut tape to length, peel back around 50 mm of release liner, and press into place while gradually removing the backing.
• Roll firmly with a small roller to remove air pockets; maintain at least a 25 mm overlap at all joints.
• For cold weather application, pre-warm the adhesive side or store tape in a warmer environment before use.

Good to know

Do not apply to damp or frozen surfaces. Allow primer to fully cure before application. Always test adhesion on a small section first, particularly in challenging weather conditions or on unfamiliar substrates.
