Everbuild® Evercryl® One Coat – Grey 5 kg

Fibre-reinforced, acrylic resin-based repair compound supplied in a 5 kg tin. Provides instant waterproofing for roofs—even in wet or frosty conditions down to –5 °C. Designed for both emergency and long-term repairs across a wide range of roofing materials.

Typical applications

• Emergency and scheduled leak repairs on roofs, gutters, gullies, and flashings.
• Usable on felt, concrete, tiles, slates, brickwork, lead, copper, zinc, and other common roofing substrates.
• Effective on damp or wet surfaces and in temperatures as low as –5 °C.

Usage guidance

• Clean the surface thoroughly—remove loose debris, moss, algae, and dirt; treat fungal growth with fungicide if required.
• Stir thoroughly before application.
• Apply evenly with a brush at 1–2 litres per m². For more demanding repairs, apply a second coat after 2–3 days.
• Primer is not required for sound, non-porous substrates; porous surfaces should be primed with a 1:3 mix of product and white spirit.
• Clean application tools immediately using white spirit or brush cleaner.

Good to know
