Fit From Below 250mm Double Groove Plate

This Double Groove Spreader Plate FFB is fitted from below (FFB), it's been designed to support you with underfloor heating when a fit from above plate cannot be installed. Underfloor Heating is often an afterthought and also depending on the stage of work on a build it is sometimes better to have the flooring down and fit from below in order to help with the progress of a build. These plates can be used in either 400/600mm centre joists. These plates give maximum coverage whilst also making installation easy. Installation of these plates can be done using a heavy-duty staple gun or screwing (please ensure you use the correct screw length). Fit from below system works perfectly with Pozi joist, due to the fact that these joists cannot be notched. Most commonly used where boilers are the heat source.
