Keystone Steel Single Leaf L-Shape Lintel SB/K 1500mm

The SB/K Lintel is made from high-quality grade, zinc-coated, pre-galvanized mild steel. It serves as a single skin lintel used to support the outer leaf of single leaf walls (not cavity walls). These corrosion-resistant structural supports are available in a range of sizes.

Dimensions

Cavity Width: Not applicable; designed for single leaf walls.
Inner Leaf Thickness: 100mm (for the single leaf).
Outer Leaf Thickness: 102mm (for the single leaf).

Load Capacities

These lintels come in various lengths, each with its load-bearing capacity:

600mm:
Total UDL (Uniformly Distributed Load) at a 3:1 safety factor: 2.0kN.
Total UDL at a 19:1 safety factor: 2.5kN.

1350mm:
Total UDL at a 3:1 safety factor: 2.5kN.
Total UDL at a 19:1 safety factor: 4kN.

1650mm:
Total UDL at a 3:1 safety factor: 2.9kN.
Total UDL at a 19:1 safety factor: 7kN.

And so on for other lengths.

Installation Tips

No insulation is incorporated within the Keystone SB/K Lintel.
