Plastic Castellated UFH Tray 1220X82X20mm 50 Ctrs 16mm Pipe

Plastic Castellated UFH Tray, otherwise known as Egg panels, optimise the performance of your Underfloor Heating System. Floor trays allow for fast installation of evenly spaced pipe centres. Commonly known as the egg tray system, these trays hold the pipe securely in place by the castellated knobs. Because the underfloor panels act as a pipe fixing template, they ensure accurate spacing of pipes which also ensures even heat distribution.

This unique floor panel is lightweight and can be easily cut to size to fit any room shape. Due to the design of the UFH Plastic Castellated Floor Trays, the underfloor pipes are securely held in position before and during the laying of floor screeds.

When installed the trays are neatly overlapped to create a fully interlocking continuous grid floor panel ready for the pipes which can be fixed at 50, 100, 150, 200, 250 & 300mm pipe centres. These Trays can be installed on top of insulation or a slab if insulated underneath.
