Sikafloor®-125 Level Flex – 20 kg

One-part, latex-modified, self-levelling compound with added polymer powder—designed for excellent flexibility and resilience. Ideal for smoothing and levelling uneven, rigid internal floors prior to applying final coverings.

Typical applications

• Levelling internal surfaces such as concrete, sand/cement screeds (excluding anhydrite), quarry tiles, terrazzo, and ceramic tiles.
• Suitable for use over underfloor heating systems (beneath pipes/cables).

Usage guidance

• Mix one 20 kg bag with approximately 5 L clean water—always add powder to water.
• Mix thoroughly using a slow-speed mechanical mixer until smooth; pot life is about 15–20 minutes at 23 °C.
• Apply from featheredge up to 6 mm in one go; pour, spread with a steel trowel and use a spiked roller for a uniform finish.
• Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, sound, and free from contaminants; use PVA+ diluted 1:3 with water for porous surfaces or a keying treatment on dense, non-porous backgrounds.

This compound is not intended as a final wearing surface—always cover with a floor finishing material. Avoid use on flexible, unstable substrates or vinyl coverings. Do not use externally or as a damp-proof membrane. Be sure surface moisture is compatible with any subsequent coatings as per their product instructions.
