Sikafloor®-131 Level Latex Ultra – 25 kg

Latex-modified, cement-based self-levelling compound designed for smoothing and levelling uneven rigid floors. Provides a strong, flexible, and durable surface suitable for internal use and sheltered external areas. Can be overlaid with floor finishes or left as a wearing surface in appropriate applications.

Typical applications

• Levelling uneven floors prior to installing ceramic or natural stone tiles, vinyl, wood flooring, or carpet.
• Use on concrete floors and sand/cement screeds (excluding anhydrite screeds).
• Suitable for floating floors and use with underfloor heating systems.
• Sheltered balconies, walkways, and similar external areas.

Usage guidance

• Mix one 25 kg bag with approximately 5 litres of clean water to achieve a smooth, free-flowing consistency.
• Pour and allow to self-level between 2 mm and 10 mm thickness.
• For deeper applications up to 25 mm, incorporate clean, dry sand as required.
• Allow light foot traffic after approximately 2 hours; ready for floor coverings after around 3 hours.

Good to know

Can be used as a final wearing surface in appropriate areas or overlaid with floor finishes. Substrates must be clean, dry, and sound before application. Prime absorbent surfaces and mechanically prepare smooth or non-porous substrates to ensure optimum adhesion.
