Sikafloor®-245 Level Deep Fill Ultra – 25 kg

One-part, thick-bed, cement-based smoothing and resurfacing compound, ideal for levelling very uneven floors and screeds in a single application—up to 50 mm thick. Once mixed to a free-flowing/trowelable consistency, it creates a durable, traffic-ready surface, ready for finishes like tiles, lino, wood block, or carpet.

    Key benefits

    • Deep filling up to 50 mm in one coat (up to 60 mm when mixed with aggregate).
    • Extremely low shrinkage for a stable, flat surface.
    • Trafficable and ready for overlay in just 4 hours under normal conditions.
    • Pot life approximately 40 minutes at 20 °C.
    • Suitable for both internal and external use.

    Typical applications

    • Levelling out uneven floors prior to laying ceramic or thermoplastic tiles, lino, wood block flooring, or carpet.
    • Covers substrates like sand/cement screeds, quarry tiles, terrazzo, asphalt, or existing tiling.
    • Ideal for use over or under underfloor heating systems.

    Usage guidance

    • Mix one 25 kg sack with approximately 4.5 L of clean water to a smooth consistency.
    • Pour and spread using a steel trowel between 3 mm and 50 mm thick (up to 60 mm when filled with dry aggregate).
    • Trafficable in around 4 hours; ready for coverings at the same time.
    • Add dry aggregate at a 1:1 ratio (by volume) for deeper fills—adjust water to maintain consistency.
