    Sikafloor®-245 Level Deep Fill Ultra – 25 kg

    One-part, thick-bed, cement-based smoothing and resurfacing compound, ideal for levelling very uneven floors and screeds in a single application—up to 50 mm thick. Once mixed to a free-flowing/trowelable consistency, it creates a durable, traffic-ready surface, ready for finishes like tiles, lino, wood block, or carpet.

    • Trafficable and ready for overlay in just 4 hours under normal conditions.
    • Pot life approximately 40 minutes at 20 °C.

    Typical applications

    • Levelling out uneven floors prior to laying ceramic or thermoplastic tiles, lino, wood block flooring, or carpet.
    • Covers substrates like sand/cement screeds, quarry tiles, terrazzo, asphalt, or existing tiling.
    • Ideal for use over or under underfloor heating systems.

    Usage guidance

    • Mix one 25 kg sack with approximately 4.5 L of clean water to a smooth consistency.
    • Pour and spread using a steel trowel between 3 mm and 50 mm thick (up to 60 mm when filled with dry aggregate).
    • Trafficable in around 4 hours; ready for coverings at the same time.
    • Add dry aggregate at a 1:1 ratio (by volume) for deeper fills—adjust water to maintain consistency.

    Good to know

    Not suitable for anhydrite (calcium sulphate) screeds or use as a final wearing surface. Ensure substrates are clean, dry, and sound before use. Prime porous surfaces with diluted PVA or SBR; mechanically key non-porous surfaces before application.
