Sikafloor®-440 Level Fibre Reinforced – 20 kg

Fibre- and polymer-reinforced, flexible high-strength cement-based self-levelling compound—specifically engineered for use with underfloor heating systems and over wooden floors. When mixed with water, it forms a smooth, self-levelling layer that dries to a durable, flexible finish suitable for most floor coverings or even as a final wearing surface.

Usage guidance

• Mix one 20 kg bag with approximately 4.4 L of clean water.
• Stir gradually into water to produce a creamy, free-flowing compound; do not exceed recommended water volume.
• Pour onto prepared floor and allow it to self-level; lightly trowel if needed. Maximum thickness up to 30 mm—minimum for timber floors is 10 mm.
• Allow ~3 hours to walk on; floor coverings can be applied after 4–5 hours (longer at lower temperatures).

Good to know

Surface must be clean, sound, porous, and dampened before applying. Primer with SikaBond® PVA+ or SBR+ diluted 1:3 with water as required. Fill deep holes or uneven areas prior to levelling. Use neat water for normal applications; consider SikaBond® SBR+ for high-traffic or heavily loaded floors.
