Wet Underfloor Heating is much more energy efficient than traditional central heating systems. Underfloor heating operates at a lot lower temperature and provides a constant, even heat throughout the designed areas. - Radiant Heat
Due to the designed nature of underfloor the whole floor area becomes a large, heated mass. Depending on the type of system, specifically screeded systems, the floor holds the heat which therefore means the system will not require heating up for long periods of time - so long as you do not leave a window open that is. When laid correctly underfloor heating distributes the heat evenly throughout the whole floor area, which eliminates cold spots and drafts. Radiant heat is also much healthier, due to the way that the heat travels from the floor, dust is not moved around a room, like that of houses fitted with radiators. - Low Maintenance

Our Systems have been known to have no issues within 15 years. The most common fault is when a system is not serviced, with an issue being introduced to the underfloor. Types of Floor Systems
Screed Floor System
These are one of the most common systems within the industry. This system is laid onto insulation before screed is poured over, securely holding the pipe in position, containing the pipe within the floor construction.
Suspended Floor Systems
Suspended Floor Systems are usually installed to first floor construction but can be installed to solid floor construction with battens fixed to the subfloor. County Aluminium Spreader plates have been designed for fit from above and fit from below installations.
Floating/Overlay Floor Systems
Our Floating Floor Panels have been manufactured to support installations where low floor build up is required. Our systems support various thicknesses, our EPS systems are 20-25mm thick, and we can provide this Foiled or Unfoiled. Our XPS Panels are designed for retrofit installations. With their cementitious finish; these panels can be tiled directly onto.
All our panels are pre-grooved for the use of 16mm pipe @150mm centres making them the ideal choice using boilers or heat pumps.
Retrofit Floor Systems
Our Retrofit systems are the ideal solution for floor constructions that require the lowest build up within the industry. Gypsum Boards are ideal for going on top of timber floors. They can also be installed onto a concrete slab that has been levelled and is insulated. Gypsum boards are 18mm thick and can be tiled directly onto.
For unlevel floors the Lowtex system is the perfect system, the trays can be stuck down with adhesive, with self-leveller poured directly over the system, both the tray and pipe are fully encased within the self-levelling compound. If tiling the build-up can be as low as 15mm, while all other floor types, 16mm is required. Both systems require 12mm pipe.

CAD Design FREE Quotation Request
CAD drawings allow you to maximise the space efficiently, create a quotation and install with minimal fuss.
Drawings can help show the most suitable length of piping - to minimise wastage, optimised spacing between pipes, and the most suitable location to house manifold/pump. The design will also provide a guide for installers, reducing the length of time to install the system.
