The Vista VE4 Light Duty Housing Tie is designed for domestic masonry cavity walls up to 10 metres in height. The 275mm tie is suitable for cavities ranging from 126mm to 150mm and meets the requirements of BS EN 845-1 for light-duty applications in residential construction.

Manufactured from corrosion-resistant material and pre-bent for efficient installation, the VE4 tie offers long-term performance while helping to minimise moisture transfer across the cavity. It’s ideal for use in sheltered external walls or internal separating walls in dwellings.
