Everbuild® 204 Evermix 3-in-1 – 5 L

Premium triple-action admixture combining air entrainment, waterproofing, and retarding effects in one product. Ideal for renders, dry dash, pebble-dash, and cement mixes requiring improved workability, reduced water penetration, and extended application time.

• Alternatively, use 1 part Evermix to 20–40 parts gauging water by volume.

• Appearance: Soft mobile gel.
• Conforms to EN 934-3 air-entraining admixture standard (when used at 250–500 ml per 50 kg cement).
• Density: approximately 1.02 g/cm³ at 20 °C.
• pH: between 10.7 and 12.7.
• Shelf life: 2 years when stored in moderate temperatures, protected from frost.
